Welcome to the PILC Conference 2025, where visionary minds converge to explore the future of leadership in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. With this years’ theme “Transformational Leadership in the Digital Era”, the conference serves as a dynamic platform to explore how technology is reshaping leadership paradigms and how leaders can rise to meet these changes.
In a world increasingly driven by artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making, the need for transformational leadership has never been more critical. This conference will empower attendees to harness the power of digital tools, inspire meaningful change, and navigate the complexities of a digitally interconnected world.
Authors are invited to prepare papers on one or several interrelated thematic areas within the conference’s main theme. The interdisciplinary approach enables and encourages the exchange of ideas between academic sector representatives, business experts of various profiles, and students. Conference participants are invited to offer new perspectives and present theoretical and empirical discussions and results in their papers, presentations, and discussion groups.
